Our Story

How it all started...

Harvest started with humble beginnings in 1991. Our first meeting was as a Bible Study that quickly grew to meeting in the basement of the Home Savings and Loan Bank. We then moved to the Wig-Wum and then to the Wapakoneta Middle School Auditorium. We remained in the school for 8 years. No matter the location, Harvest was and is focused on helping people find a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It has been our goal to help individuals find and follow Jesus with their whole life. We believe a key to that is reaching children, teens, and their families with the Good News about Jesus.

Expanding the vision...

In 1997 we moved to our current location, which is across the street from the Wapakoneta High School. God has continued to bless Harvest by allowing us to reach more people with the love of Jesus. We are focused on 3 key parts for each believers life. Surrender  to God, Grow in Jesus, Serve others. We believe by doing these well, we can effectively make God known in our Community.

Surrender, Grow, Serve
